Always wanted to cycle around Shenzhen’s Nanshan but never wanted to cycle over there? Well, we are about to make your day. From December 1 you will be able to rent bikes at the park. All you have to do is take your passport to the address below and purchase a rental card.
If you are in possession of a card you can rent a bike for 1 RMB an hour, but you can only use a bike for up to 2 hours a time, or you can pay 25 RMB for a month rental card, but the 2 hour limit still applies. Sounds complicated? Maybe just take your own bike.

As of December 2013, the information in this article is incorrect. The address leads to a hotel where they will take you to room 403. Room 403 is am empty, locked room. There are no bikes for rental at this address. We confirmed with the hotel that this was in fact the same address. There were bike stands all around the area, but none were functional. Please don't waste your time taking this long journey for nothing.
